STOCK AND DELIVERYTIME
Everything in the shop is in stock, basically. But sometimes products or a certain colour get sold out. This will be visible when you look at the product. It will state 'this product is sold out'.
Some products are not in stock, but will be ordered by us when you buy it. Of course this is stated with the products concerned, no surprises! Sometimes the deliverytime will be longer. This is also stated with the product, you'll know before ordering. Please consider if you're ok with this before ordering.
When a product is sold out we sometimes reorder. Sometimes immediately, sometimes it takes a while. And sometimes we do not reorder. Feel free to contact us if you'd like to know if and when a product will be back in stock. We'll keep you updated, no strings attached. hallo@babongo.nl
SHIPPING AND SHIPPINGCOSTS
After receipt of your order and payment we'll ship withing two weekdays. You'll receive a shippingconfirmation via email.
In case you didn't receive your orderconfirmation, please check your spambox. If it's not in there either, please let us know, so we can check when your order was dispatched. .
Last-minute gift? Please let uw know, we'll do what we can to ship as soon as possible.
Tip: save on shippingcosts and order with a friend, colleague, your mother or neighbour.
Shippingcosts
We charge shippingcosts per shipment. The height of the shipment is dependent on your order and to which country you'd like us to send your parcel. Shippingcosts will be added to your shoppingbasket, clearly visible before ordering, no surprises there either.
Customs and duty Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duty/tax or customs clearance charges, which may be applied once a shipment reaches the country. We have no control over additional customs charges and as such, these charges are to be paid by the purchaser.
ORDERING
Once you filled up your shoppingbasket with lovely thing and you're ready to check out, click the shoppingbasket on the right of your screen. Choose a payment method and click order to go to the next step. Fill all the data and click order once again. You will now view a summary of all the products in your shoppingbasket.
When your ok with the terms and conditions, check the box to agree. Click order and pay.
Depending on the type of payment you've chosen the last step in the orderingprocess will follow.
PAYMENT
At Babongo's you can pay via:
iDeal, MisterCash, Paypal and SofortBanking or via banktransfer*. Payment via iDeal, MisterCash and SofortBanking is provided by the safe environment of paymentprovider Sisow.

Invoice / packing slip
We're a green lifestyle webshop and we try to run our 'household' as green as possible. That's why we send the invoice by e-mail along with the shippingnotification.
